Allen Palmiere

Allen Palmiere

President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Palmiere, a CA-CPA by training, has more than 35 years of experience in the mining industry both from a financial and operational perspective. His international experience includes South Africa, Central America, Guyana and Brazil and 10 years of experience in China. Mr. Palmiere's expertise includes operations, executive management and financing, both debt and equity. Additionally, Mr. Palmiere has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Palmiere's former executive positions include CEO and Director, Gold Resource Corporation, CEO and Chairman of the Board, HudBay Minerals Inc., Executive Chairman, Barplats Investments Ltd., Vice President, CFO, Zemex Corporation, and President and CEO, Breakwater Resources Ltd. Mr. Palmiere has also served as a director of numerous public companies. Mr. Palmiere is responsible for the development and execution of strategic planning and direction for the Company.

Armando Alexandri

Armando Alexandri

Chief Operating Officer

Armando Alexandri is a mining engineer by training, with more than 40 years of operational experience in the industry, primarily in Mexico, Peru, Chile, and Ecuador. He has designed, built, and operated both underground and open-pit mines, as well as processing plants, in Chihuahua, Guerrero, Guanajuato, Nuevo León, Coahuila, Sonora, Oaxaca, and other regions. He was instrumental in significantly expanding operations at the Bolivar Mine in Chihuahua, at Impact Silver's operations in the State of Mexico, at the Nukay (Los Filos) operation in Guerrero, at the Tahuehueto project in Durango, and at Campo Morado in Guerrero. He has served as Chief Operating Officer for several companies, including Gold Resource Corporation, where he was crucial in turning around the Don David Gold mine, and Luca Mining Corporation, where he is credited with turning around the Tahuehueto project and the Campo Morado mine and returning them to profitability. Armando also served as the President of the American Institute of Mining Engineers (Mexico) from 1999 to 2000, among other leadership roles.

Chet Holyoak

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Holyoak, a Certified Public Accountant, has more than 20 years of experience in the mining and manufacturing industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Southern Utah University and a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University. Throughout his career, Mr. Holyoak has served in several senior financial leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller of Gold Resource Corporation and Director of Corporate Accounting for Tata Chemicals North America, Inc. He also held positions of increasing responsibility with Barrick Gold Corporation, serving as Senior Accountant, Accounting Supervisor, and Accounting Superintendent. His extensive expertise encompasses corporate finance, capital allocation, financial strategy, treasury management, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, SEC reporting, risk management, mergers and acquisitions support, and operational finance.

Javier Reyes de la Campa

Chairman of the Board

A co-founder of Goldgroup and a seasoned mining entrepreneur with deep roots in Mexico. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree from ITAM, and has co-founded and led several public mining and technology companies. Having served as Goldgroup's Country Manager in Mexico, he brings extensive in-country relationships and transaction experience.

Ron Little, P.Eng.

Ron Little, P.Eng.

Independent Director

A professional engineer with decades of mining experience. He founded Orezone Gold Corporation and served as its President & CEO, and is Chief Executive Officer of Wolfden Resources. He brings mine-building and capital-markets expertise across North America and West Africa.

Independent Director

A chartered financial analyst and chartered professional accountant who serves as Chief Financial Officer of Dundee Corporation. She brings extensive capital-markets, finance and governance experience to the board.

Nicole Adshead-Bell, Ph.D.

Independent Director

A geologist and mining-finance specialist and the founder of Cupel Advisory. She previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Beadell Resources and has held senior roles in mining investment and advisory, bringing a technical and capital-markets perspective to the board.

Luis Felipe Medina Aguirre

Independent Director

An environmental engineer with more than 31 years of experience in the Mexican mining sector. He serves as General Manager of Minas de San Nicolás, the Agnico Eagle–Teck joint venture, and brings deep operational and permitting expertise in Mexico.
